Note: A single author will not receive duplicate rewards for the same award; duplicates will be passed to the next eligible participant.

Content Requirements  

▪ AI‑generation requirement: Video content must be 80% generated by AI tools (including visuals, camera movement, transitions, voice‑over, and music). Exploring multi‑tool workflows for optimal results is encouraged.  

▪ Work format: Short video, style unrestricted.  

▪ Video duration: 5–15 seconds recommended (for narrative focus and sharing), longer durations allowed.  

▪ Video specs: Resolution ≥720p, smooth playback, landscape or portrait allowed.  

▪ Narrative structure: At least 2 shots required, with natural transitions or dynamic connections between shots; avoid static single‑shot scenes.  

▪ Sound design: Must include well‑matched background music or sound effects. AI‑generated voice‑over that sounds natural is also acceptable; silent videos or audio‑visual mismatch are not allowed.  

▪ Originality statement: Works must be originally generated by the participant using AI tools; direct copying, reposting, or simple use of others’ templates/prompts is prohibited.  

▪ Content guidelines: Works must comply with public order and morality and must not contain platform watermarks, author identifiers, or other non‑content elements.  

▪ Judging dimensions: Beyond the above criteria, emphasis will be placed on emotional expression, creative conception, aesthetic style, narrative completeness, and thematic depth. Works generated using recommended featured tools will be prioritized.
