Make Your Own Meme Monday!

Greetings Fotorians!

Mondays a rough at the best of times, but we can help them pass (slightly) less painfully with our new guide to creating your own Monday memes. To kick off our ‘Make_Your_Own_Meme_Monday’ activitiy, we at Fotor are only too happy to teach you not only how to make your own meme topic, but will even show you how make your own, completely unique meme.

First, you need to select your meme template image (Boromir, Fry, etc.) and open it in Fotor.

Depending on the image, you can simply add the text via the ‘Text’ button, or you can modify the image yourself.

If you have chosen a photo, sometimes adding some effects such as ‘Black and White’, ‘Halo’ or others will highlight the funny parts, making a more effective meme.

Once the text has been added, you can further modify the text by choosing a font, colour and style. Different memes should use different styles. Experiment and be creative!

Once you have finished your meme, save it as a ‘.jpg’ image and send it to our facebook with the hashtag #Monday_meme.
